Years/miles, whichever comes first

The basic Subaru warranty is a bumper to bumper warranty that covers your vehicle against defects in materials and workmanship. The original warranty for a Subaru is for three years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. It also includes a powertrain extended warranty for 5 years or 60,000 miles which is limited to the engine, transaxle and differential.
